Shipping & returns

The honest details

Orders placed before 14:00 join the next packing run. Everything is packed by hand, so weekends sometimes take a day longer.

You'll get a WhatsApp update with a time window on delivery day, and the tracking page updates at every step — Paid, Packed, On the way, Delivered.

If something arrives damaged or not right, message us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund it. Keep the jar — we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
