Is it really one ingredient?

The oil and the body butter are coconuts, full stop. The scrub is cane sugar and cold-pressed coconut oil. Read the label on any jar — the shortest list wins.

My oil turned solid. Is it off?

The opposite — solid below 24°C is exactly how unrefined coconut behaves. Warm the jar in your hands or a bowl of warm water and it melts right back.

What is the batch number for?

Every jar carries the batch it came from. The number traces back to the week it was pressed or churned in Charlotteville — if anything is ever wrong, we know exactly which run to look at.

Is it okay for sensitive skin?

Plain coconut is about as simple as it gets, but everyone is different. Patch test on your inner arm for 24 hours first — and if anything ever reacts, message us.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Before it's packed, yes — message us on WhatsApp with your order code. After packing, the truck has it, but returns are easy for 14 days.
